Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications

Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and consistent product quality

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machines

Identify and report mechanical issues or production defects

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency standards

Maintain accurate production and quality control records

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as required
