Job Description
Position Overview:
seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our daily warehouse
operations. This position requires individuals who are focused, attentive, able to recognize discrepancies, and
committed to doing quality work.
Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving inventory, picking and pulling products, packing orders,
and preparing shipments for our customers. Associates must carefully review item numbers, product
descriptions, quantities, shipping instructions, and established company procedures to ensure orders are
fulfilled correctly and on time.
We are looking for team players who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, communicate
effectively, and demonstrate accountability in their daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Receiving & Organization
*Receive incoming inventory and verify products against receiving documents and vendor packing slips.
*Identify and report shortages, overages, damaged products, and discrepancies.
*Label, organize, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
*Maintain orderly and properly stocked inventory storage areas.
*Perform daily cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
*Stock and replenish warehouse shelves, ensuring products are stored in their designated locations.
Order Picking & Pulling
*Locate and pull products according to customer orders and picking documents.
*Verify item numbers, product variations, and quantities, including differences between similar-looking
products.
*Follow established procedures for handling inventory discrepancies and unavailable products.
Packing & Shipping
*Review orders and prepare products for shipment according to company packing standards.
*Select appropriate packaging materials and secure merchandise to prevent damage during transit.
*Follow customer shipping instructions, carrier requirements, and company procedures.
*Prepare and apply shipping labels, confirming shipment information before dispatch.
*Ensure orders are properly processed and ready for timely shipment.
Warehouse Operations, Communication & Teamwork
*Follow established warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
*Proactively communicate problems, discrepancies, or concerns to supervisors as soon as they arise.
*Ask questions and seek clarification when instructions or procedures are unclear rather than making
assumptions.
*Exercise good judgment by recognizing potential errors, verifying questionable information, and speaking
up before issues impact operations or customers.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
*Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
*Accept coaching, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and continuously work to improve
performance.
*Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
*Perform additional warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
*Strong attention to detail and ability to identify differences in item numbers, product descriptions, and
quantities.
*Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and shipping documents.
*Good organizational skills and ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.
*Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
*Dependable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to completing assigned responsibilities.
*Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
*Effective communication skills and willingness to ask questions, raise concerns, and seek guidance when
needed.
*Ability to learn multiple warehouse functions and adapt to changing daily priorities.
*Previous warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements & Work Schedule
*Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds unassisted.
*Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
*Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements associated with warehouse operations.
*Comfortable working in an active, hands-on warehouse environment.
*Available to work Monday through Friday, either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, based on
operational needs.
What We Value
We value associates who demonstrate:
*Attention to Detail: Carefully reviewing work and identifying potential mistakes before they become
problems.
*Accountability: Taking ownership of responsibilities, following procedures, and addressing mistakes
promptly.
*Communication & Initiative: Speaking up when something doesn’t look right, asking questions when
uncertain, and taking action to resolve problems.
*Positive Attitude: Treating coworkers and customers with respect and contributing to a productive
workplace.
*Reliability: Showing up ready to work and consistently meeting expectations.

*Our goal is to build a dependable warehouse team that takes pride in its work, communicates openly, and
