Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from inventory based on order tickets or electronic picking systems

Pack items securely to ensure safe and damage-free delivery

Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product condition before shipment

Label and prepare packages for shipping according to company procedures

Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory organization as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is an asset

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
